A good start to 2012!

The Matthew Hyland team have started the 2012 year well with three winners already chalked up on the board.

Tully Plenty started the year off with a bang when the filly scored an impressive win at Bairnsdale back in mid January.

Tully Plenty is owned by the White family who have been very loyal clients to Matthew Hyland Racing.

The ghostly grey Snow Patrol found the winning post once again at Pakenham on the 10th Feb and it was a thoroughly deserved win for all concerned.

Now a seven-year-old, Snow Patrol has been racing very consistently with placings at Geelong and Kilmore prior to his victory and it was an outstanding training effort from Matt to get the horse back in the winners circle.

Finally Ba Bling capped off a trio of winners for Hyland Racing with a gutsy win at Bendigo last Saturday.

Although by the sprinting stallion in Lago Delight, Ba Bling looks to have a great future as a staying filly and I'm sure there are plenty or more wins in store for this girl.

It was also a special win for Matt as he bred this filly from his property at Officer and Ba Bling is raced by Matt's wife, Kate.

I hope Matt has now bought Kate some 'bling' to wear!!!!
